  To book a session or purchase a gift voucher, please REGISTER and REGISTER AS A CLIENT. Enter your details and submit. The site will email a password to the email address you registered with. You will then be able to log in and use all the services as a client..

• Must I keep the password I was emailed?

  No, you can change your password to something memorable. Please log in and choose the option Change Password.

  
  
• What payment methods are available?

  Online booking payments are made using a credit or debit card. We use SecPay as our secure online payments processor. Sessions can also be paid for using gift vouchers purchased from Complete Therapies Agency.

• Please explain the necessity of the time sheets?

  We ask that all corporate and health services clients sign the therapists time sheet after each session to ensure there are no misunderstandings.
  
  Many contracts request a therapist for a morning, an afternoon or a day. This could equate to three to five hours for half a day or six to eight hours for a full day for example. At the end of the session we ask that the therapist obtains a signature on the time sheet from the client to confirm the total time. Complete Therapies Agency then invoices the client for the time period on the time sheet and there is no opportunity for misunderstand of the total time.
