- Becoming a Complete Therapies Agency therapist
Please REGISTER and REGISTER AS A THERAPIST, the site will email a password to the email address you registered with. You will then be able to log in and use all the services as a client.
After registration you will be contacted separately, by email, with the applications
forms. [Please ensure your spam filters are set that you can accept emails
from info@completetherapiesagency.com.]
This usually takes no more than 24 hours. If you do not receive your application
forms within 48 hours please contact the offices on 0870 067 3240 or email
us at admin@completetherapiesagency.com.
Please complete the forms and return them as detailed. We will
then process the application and get back to you as quickly as possible.
- Log in problems?

- Must I keep the password I was emailed?
No, you can change your password to something memorable. Please log in and
choose the option Change Password.
- In summary, how does Complete Therapies Agency work for therapists?
Once your application is approved you are provided with an upgraded log
in area. Here you can manage a profile that is published for free on
the website. [Please see Adding a Profile for instructions on managing
your profile space].
Public, one-off and gift voucher redemption bookings can be made with
you through the website. These are priced at £45 per session [unless
otherwise advised] and you receive 66% of the value of the booking.
The primary focus of the Complete Therapies Agency marketing team is
corporate and health services clients. When we obtain a contract with a client
that matches your profile we will offer you the assignment. You will be advised
the full value of the assignment and will receive 66% of this.
All therapists retain a self employed status and are liable to pay their own tax and national insurance.
- What sort of assignments might I receive?
Complete Therapies Agency is structured to be flexible and diverse, ensuring
we are able to offer clients a wide range of choice.
We provide therapists
for on-site massage in the work place, for relaxation stations at corporate
events and as incentives at trade fairs and exhibitions. We provide support
services for human resources and occupational health, helping business reduce
absenteeism and get people back to work. We provide training days, stress
awareness days, and any number of tailor made and bespoke solutions.
Within the health service we provide therapists for hospices and hospitals, for professional sports teams and for providing treatments to animals.
You have the option on your application form to detail what you would and would not like to be offered.
- How and when am I paid?
Therapists receive 66% of the value of an assignment, the value of the assignment
is detailed when it is offered to you or website bookings are £45 per
session [of which you will receive 66%].
Your Welcome Pack provided you with a template invoice to use to invoice
us, this will calculate the 66% for you. You can also download this
and other forms from My Resources.
Please complete the hours and assignment/booking details and the totals
will calculate for you. Please submit this to us at accounts@completetherapiesagency.com along
with the completed time sheet for corporate assignments.
We prefer to pay using BACS, therefore please ensure the accounts department
has the appropriate details. Payments are made fortnightly from receipt of invoice.
- How do I know when I have received a booking?
Each therapist has a unique log in area, you will receive details of bookings
here. For website bookings you will receive an email asking you to
log in and see the booking. For contracts the office administration
team will contact you. Please ensure you provide us with an email address
you check regularly so that you do not miss our communication.
- Some of your forms are supplied as Word documents and I do not use Word.
- I have not been offered a new assignment for a while.
Assignments are matched on location and qualifications, previous experience may also be considered. Please keep your profile up to date and add details of any new qualifications gained and as soon as something is available in your area that matches your qualifications we will get in touch.
- What should I wear whilst with a Complete Therapies Agency client?
We request that you wear a black or white tunic or polo shirt, plain trousers
or skirt and we will provide you with a badge with our logo on it to wear.
Please remember that you are visiting someones place of work or representing
a client at a exhibition for example and it is very important that
you dress appropriately.
The logo badge has a magnetic fastening so that it won't damage your
clothes. It provides
clients with a mean of identification for security reasons and in situations
where more than one therapists are required for an assignment it ensures
a smart consistency.
We do provide clients with the opportunity to provide us with branded clothing for corporate events and promotions. If this is relevant we will contact you separately.
- I am not available for a session booking time and would like to offer an alternative
Bookings can only be made with you during your available times, this is set at My Availability [please see Adding A Profile for details]
Obviously this does not take into consideration your own bookings. Therefore, clients are advised their booking is provisional and that you will contact them within three days to confirm the date and time. Bookings can only be made seven days in advance to allow you time to do this. You are provided with necessary information to contact the client and confirm the booking.
We request that you set the booking status to confirmed [details of how to do this are available at Adding A Profile] once you have contacted the client so that the admin team knows you have done so.
- Please explain the necessity of the time sheets?
We ask that you please complete and sign the time sheet with every corporate and health services client to ensure there are no misunderstandings.
Many contracts request a therapist for a morning, an afternoon or a day. This could equate to three to five hours for half a day or six to eight hours for a full day for example. At the end of the session we ask that the therapist obtains a signature on the time sheet from the client to confirm the total time. Complete Therapies Agency then invoices the client for the time period on the time sheet and there is no opportunity for misunderstand of the total time.
- Please explain your pricing structure in more detail
Research confirms that our fixed rate of £45 for web site bookings/gift voucher purchases
is consistent with UK prices for therapy treatments and sessions, each session
then lasting approximately one hour. Our
corporate and health services clients are then priced according to the size,
complexity and terms of the account. Therapists are advised of the value
of the assignment when it is offered.
Many therapists provide training, seminars and coaching sessions which, in some cases, fall outside of the standard treatment pricing bracket. Please let the offices have details of any bespoke services you offer. We can incorporate them into our marketing priced accordingly.
- Is my online profile checked?
Yes, we read all profiles to search for appropriate therapists for assignments and randomly check any updates.
- Can I see a copy of the terms and conditions?
