- Who can purchase gift vouchers?
Gift vouchers are available for anyone to purchase from the website. However, we recommend that if you are a corporate purchase to contact the offices first and we will arrange a suitable file format.
- How do I purchase a gift voucher?
Ensure you are registered with us, go to GIFT CERTIFICATES, enter the quantity
you require and click add to basket. When you are happy with your order
click proceed to checkout. On the checkout page please ensure you billing
address details are correct, the click continue to pay. You will be directed
to our secure online payment service with SecPay and then will be returned
to the the Complete Therapies Agency website once payment is processed.
- Is the credit card payment process secure?
Yes, we use SecPay online payment service provider. This is secured with a 128bit encryption, look for the https instead of http in the URL and the paddlock icon in the bottom right corner of the browser page.
- How do I receive my gift voucher?
Once your payment has cleared you will receive an email confirming your
purchase. Details of your gift voucher purchase(s) are available at
My Vouchers when you are logged in.
- Can I print a gift voucher?
Log in and go to My Vouchers, click on the voucher code and the certificate will open in Acrobat Reader as a PDF and you can print the certificate from here.
- Can anyone use the gift certificate I've purchased?
Yes, only if you give them the printed certificate or the code. Gift vouchers
make ideal presents and rewards. Therefore once you give someone the
voucher code they can register with the site, purchase a therapy session
and pay using the gift you have given them. The voucher remains in
your My Vouchers until it has been used.
- Gift vouchers as presents or rewards
All your gift voucher purchases remain in your My Vouchers until they are used. You can give the codes and/or the printed cerifcates out as presents or rewards. The recipient then needs to register with the site, book a therapy session and select payment by voucher when prompted. They enter the gift voucher's unique code and to pay for their therapy session. Once redeemed, vouchers are removed from your list of My Vouchers.
- How long are vouchers valid for?
Twelve months from the date of purchase.
- What format are multiple
voucher purchases supplied in?
We can supply a print out of your vouchers codes or a CSV file that can be used for a mail merge. Please contact the offices on 0870 067 3240 for this. If an alternative format is required we will endeavour to assist in any way possible.
- Can I purchase vouchers at different values?
One gift voucher is the value of one therapy session. You can purchase more than one voucher for more than one therapy session. Gift vouchers are not currently available as part payment for a session.
