- When can I add my profile?
Once your application is approved you will received an email advising you
of this. Log in at www.completetherapiesagency.com and
your area will be upgraded to your own personal therapists log in with
all the extra options needed to add and amend your profile.
Please do add your information promptly as you will be available on the
post code search immediately and a blank profile is not very appealing.
- How do I add a profile?
Click My Therapist Profile in the menu, top right corner of the page. Here
there is a text box you can type your profile into. You do not need any
special code or HTML to write your profile. New line will show as new lines
and a space and new paragraph will show as that.
Click save when you
are finished.
You can view your profile as a client would see it at any
time by clicking View my current profile and you can update and amend your
profile as often as you like.
- How do I view my profile as a client would see it?
Ensure you are logged in. Go to My Therapist Profile and click on View my current profile.
- How often can I update my profile?
You can update and change your profile as often or as little as you like. Certainly keep it up to date with any new qualifications and information.
- What should I write in my profile?
This is really up to you, you are promoting your services. We suggest you
offer details of your experience and perhaps elaborate on what you
can offer clients.

Complete Therapies Agency admin regularly checks online profiles,
please ensure your content is appropriate. We do not allow links to
your own website in your profile.
- Can I add a link to my own website?
No, the text box does not accept HTML and there is ample enough space to
write a detailed description of your services and expertise.

- How do I add the treatments and therapies I offer?
Please go to My Qualifications; here there is a comprehensive list of therapies
available. Select by clicking on the arrow on the drop down menu, click
on the treatment to add then click the plus sign [+]. Therapies will
appear in your profile in the order you add them here.
To remove a therapy, click on it in your list and click the minus sign
[-].
When you are happy with your selection please click save and you can view your profile by going to My Therapist Profile and clicking View my current profile.
If you provide a therapy that is not in the list please email admin@completetherapiesagency.com with details.
- What is My Availability?
This is where you let us know your work times, for example 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
Add the days you work by clicking on the drop down menu arrow, select
each day by clicking it once to highlight it then click the plus [+]
sign. To remove a day from your list click it once to highlight it and click
the minus [-] sign.
Once you have entered the days please enter start and finish times. You
can enter only one start and finish time which will be the same for every
day. If your available times differ a little please enter the nearest
or average times. If this is impossible as they differ dramatically please
contact the offices at support@completetherapiesagency.com.
- What is My Sessions?
Here are details of all your bookings and assignments. When a website booking
comes in for you or a corporate or health services assignment is offered
it will be detailed here. This is a summary listing of the bookings
and by clicking More Info ... you can obtain full details of the booking
and the client's information.
We request that you contact the client to confirm the booking within
three days. When you have confirmed the booking with the client please
select click to mark this booking as confirmed on the More Info page of the
booking. This ensures admin is aware that you have confirmed your booking.
- Making some session times unavailable
Bookings can only be added during your available times set in My Availability.
Additional to your global working times you can make sessions within
these times unavailable, perhaps if you have other bookings.
Go to
My Sessions and select Click here to book times in which you are
busy, here you can added as many or as few unavailable sessions as
you like. These can be added as a reoccurring booking, so if your
diary is full every Friday afternoon it is worth adding it so here
so that you will not receive bookings for this time. Clients receive
a message saying you are not available at this time if they try to
make a booking and please could they select an alternative time for
you.
Obviously diaries change regularly and it would be impossible to keep
this area perfectly synchronized with your own diary, certainly please
use it for things like holidays and regular unavailable times.
Clients are advised their booking is provisional and that you will contact them within three days to confirm the date and time. Bookings can only be made seven days in advance to allow you time to do this. You are provided with necessary information to contact the client and confirm the booking in the More Info option.
We request that you set the booking status to confirmed once you have contacted the client so that the admin team knows you have done so.
- Is my online profile checked?
Yes, we read all profiles to search for appropriate therapists for assignments and randomly check any updates.
- Can another therapist amend my details or see my bookings?
No, your area is unique to you and protected by your password.
